Delivery of Goods

  • Delivery of goods is provided for anyone worldwide.

  • The Seller reserves the right to coordinate and clarify the order data with the Customer by e-mail. If it is impossible to contact the Customer within two (2) days, the Order made by the client shall be canceled, the money shall be returned by the Seller to the bank account, from which the payment was made.

  • The order delivery date may vary. The date depends on the availability of the ordered Goods in the Seller's warehouse or time to produce a gown with your measurements (usually takes no more then 4 weeks) and the time required to process and deliver the Order. 

  • The Customer undertakes to receive the Order within the agreed delivery time.

  • The delivery of the Goods is carried out by АО Eesti Post (OMNIVA), by land, air, sea and river transport (hereinafter - the Transport Company, the Courier Service). Delivery costs vary by country.

    • Estonia - free delivery.

    • Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Sweden - 25€

    • All other countries - 35€.

  • Transfer of the Goods to the Transport company for delivery to the Buyer is carried out only after receipt of the full cost of the Goods to the Seller's account.

  • At the request of the Buyer, the Goods can be delivered to a third party (the Recipient). The Buyer undertakes to inform the Seller about it at the time of placing the order in the "Comments" column with the name, address, and telephone number.

  • The Goods are delivered to the Buyer (Recipient) or an authorized person at the address specified by the Buyer in the order.
    The representative of the Transport Company is entitled to consider the person accepting the order on behalf of the Buyer (Recipient) at the specified address, duly authorized without providing a power of attorney and an identification document.

  • Upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer (Recipient) has the right to open the parcel and check its content. The fitting, as well as the return of the unsuitable Goods to the transport service personnel is not provided.

  • Simultaneously with the transfer of the Goods, the representative of the Transport company submits an online check or other document confirming payment for the Goods, a consignment note, all information about the Goods, warranties, a use and care label (hereinafter - Information about the Goods), Information about the procedure and terms of return of the Goods (hereinafter - the Related documents) (can be attached to the Goods).

  • In the absence of the Buyer, the Recipient, their representatives at the place of receipt of the Goods at the agreed time, refusal of delivery (before the package is opened), the representative of the Transport service shall return the Goods to the Seller. The Seller refunds the Buyer the payment of the Goods, less the Seller's expenses for the delivery and return of the Goods. Refunds are made no later than three banking days from the receipt of the returned Goods by the Seller.

  • Ownership of the Goods, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods shall pass to the Customer at the time of acceptance of the Goods. Confirmation of the transfer of ownership of the Goods shall be the fact of receiving Good by Customer issued by the Seller .
