• The Sales order is drawn up by the Client on the website or with the help of a customer service manager.

  • Upon making an order independently or with the help of a customer service manager, the Client agrees for disclosure and processing of personal data by the Seller and of information on the Order or Orders, and agrees to comply with the Terms of Sale of Goods by making entries in the corresponding columns in an order form on the website.

  • When making an order not from Europe, the order price does not include taxes and customs duties. The Client pays for them separately upon receipt of the order. 

  • Upon completing the Order, the Client receives the status information about his Order including the cost of goods, delivery to the e-mail address notified by the Customer.

  • In case you want unique dress with your own measurements we will contact you soon and ask you to provide us your body measurements. It is needed to customize your dress to fit your size perfectly. If you have the opportunity it is better to take measurements professionally. In other cases please look our size guide.

  • Our dresses are made in European sizes from 34 to 40. Default height is 170 cm and the length of the skirt is 120 cm + train (about 20-30 cm).

  • Usually it takes up to 4 weeks to make your dress depending on chosen model and fabric availability. If you are in hurry with order you can contact us and we will see if there is an opportunity to make your gown faster.

  • An order is considered to be accepted after the Client receives an e-mail, confirming the fact of Order acceptance, at the e-mail address notified in the registration form. 

  • Upon completing the Order, the Buyer is provided with information about the delivery date of the Order to the Client. The specified date depends on the availability of the ordered Goods in stock and the time required for processing and delivery of the Order.
